Privacy & KVKK Disclosure

1. Data Controller

In accordance with the Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by Az Orta Restaurant, acting as the data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data Processed

Our website (azorta.com) does not actively collect personal data from its visitors. The only element to be considered in this context is the optionally loaded map service:

• Google Maps: The map provided to display our location loads only when you click the "Load Map" button. When the map loads, your IP address and browser information are shared with Google LLC, the provider of the map service. No data is transmitted to Google unless you click the button.

The fonts used on our website are self-hosted on our own server; therefore, no data is transferred to any third party for the purpose of loading fonts.

3. Data Not Collected

In line with the principle of transparency, we explicitly state that our website currently:

• Contains no forms (contact, reservation, membership, etc.) and collects no data through such means,
• Uses no analytics/statistics tools,
• Uses no cookies.

4. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

The limited data processing activity described above (the optional loading of Google Maps) is carried out solely to show the location of our restaurant and to provide you with directions, upon the request of the data subject, within the scope of Article 5 of the KVKK.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

If you choose to load the map, technically required information (including your IP address) may be transferred to Google LLC, which is located abroad, in order to provide the map service. This transfer takes place within the framework of Google's own privacy policy.

6. Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller you may exercise the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• To request information if your personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
• To know the third parties, in Turkey or abroad, to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• To request correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set out in the KVKK,
• To request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
• To object to a result arising against you due to the analysis of your data exclusively through automated systems,
• To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
